Help Fund Laungprabang Tennis Club
|
Our latest community project aims to raise funds for Luangprabang Tennis Club in Laos.
The beautiful kids in Luangprabang, Laos love playing tennis but their tennis club is in dire need of an upgrade. We need your support to help them fund 30,000 USD for new tennis courts. Also if you are interested in sponsoring disabled and underprivileged kids to play tennis, it is 20 USD per month, 6 month commitment. Kids get 3 lessons per week with Luangprabang Tennis Club. Help us provide a little more light in these kids lives, creating a space where they can just escape and have fun, away from the sometimes harsh reality that they live in. A space they can just be kids and learn new skills. The cost of giving is priceless when we see the joy and gratitude it creates in someone else's life. |

Saving Children in Poverty
Children living in poverty is a growing global issue. They are deprived of the material, spiritual and emotional resources needed to survive, develop and thrive.
Laos is a Southeast Asian country traversed by the Mekong River and known for mountainous terrain, French colonial architecture, hill tribe settlements and Buddhist monasteries. In the past few years, Laos has seen an exponential increase in its population. However, this development has not reduced the number of children living in poverty. About 1.4 million Laos people are still living at or below the poverty line. The rights of young Laotians, living in poverty, are frequently violated. This year Luv Immigration has made it a goal help to combat the issue starting with Laos. |

Tennis for All in Uganda
Tennis for All's prime objective is to improve the physical and mental health and to promote social inclusion for children, adolescents through innovative use of sports. They believe that, when designed and applied deliberately for change, sports can have the potential to be a great equaliser for society, with the power to drive positive transformation in our lives and our communities. Tennis for All chose the medium of tennis to be able to reach out to children and youth it works with. The charity was founded in 2012 by a group of individuals who have found their potential through sports and wanted to harness the power of sports for the betterment of underprivileged and marginalised children. Luv Immigration are strong believers in their mission and are supporters of Tennis for All in Uganda.
